Our Chicago suburban client wanted to turn their dark and dated family room into a bright and inviting gathering space. We installed expanded windows and sliding glass door to bring in more natural light while modern LED ceiling lighting enhances the ambiance. A refreshed fireplace and custom mantle serve as a stylish focal point that add warmth and style.

Scope of Work:

• Electrical rewiring to ensure full compliance with safety codes, including updated outlets and switches
• Installation of ceiling fan & lighting 
• Fireplace stone refacing and whitewashing
• Elegant new hardwood flooring
• A fresh coat of paint for a bright, polished finish
