Ciancio Engineering’s story starts with a shared passion between us, two brothers, Dominic and John Ciancio. We draw inspiration from our family’s deep roots in the trades—our grandfather, a master carpenter, and great-grandfather, an expert mason, taught us to value craftsmanship, precision, and the importance of creating something that stands the test of time.  

This legacy, passed down through generations, shaped our belief that true craftsmanship is in the details, and quality should never be compromised.  

Together, we created Ciancio Engineering to bridge the gap between tradition and modern luxury. Today, it’s more than just a contracting company—it’s a reflection of our family’s legacy, the power of engineering, and the art of designing spaces that are both practical and beautiful. Our Team

Dominic Ciancio, co-founder

Dom graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer. He brings a meticulous, engineering-driven approach to every project, emphasizing precision and structural design to ensure the integrity and durability of each build. Dom’s ability to solve complex engineering challenges while considering aesthetic appeal has been instrumental to the business’ reputation for quality. Dom ensures that every project reflects a commitment to excellence, creating spaces that are both lasting and beautiful.

John Ciancio, co-founder 

John graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in Finance and brings a pragmatic approach to the business side of operations. With a strong background in finance, he oversees strategic planning, budgeting, and project management. John focuses on finding cost-effective solutions to ensure that each project is executed within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. John’s leadership drives Ciancio Engineering’s commitment to delivering results that are practical and innovative, always prioritizing the clients’ best interests.
